Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide 
essential support to our team. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing 
schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The 
ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and 
a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping.
- Assist in tracking project deliverables and deadlines.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and managing access requests.
Office & Team Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and handling office logistics.
- Ensure office procedures and policies are followed.
Other Duties:
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests.
- Support department-specific tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SAP, or project 
management software).
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
