Job Summary

Le Consultant Fonctionnel SAP CX joue un rôle essentiel dans l'implémentation, l’optimisation et le support des solutions SAP Customer Experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud). Ce professionnel accompagne nos clients dans la transformation de leurs processus de vente, de service et de marketing, visant à renforcer la satisfaction client et l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyser les besoins d’affaires des clients et traduire leurs exigences en solutions fonctionnelles SAP CX.
• Concevoir et configurer les solutions SAP CX (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce Cloud).
• Participer aux ateliers de conception et aux sessions de validation avec les clients.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et les architectes pour assurer la cohérence des solutions.
• Gérer la documentation fonctionnelle, les spécifications et les tests utilisateurs.
• Former et accompagner les utilisateurs lors des déploiements et des phases post-production.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et des meilleures pratiques CX.
• Soutenir les activités de prévente et de démonstration, en collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale.

Required Qualifications

• Expérience confirmée (5 ans+) en consulting SAP CX, ou sur des modules SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud ou Commerce Cloud.
• Bonne compréhension des processus CRM (ventes, service client, marketing automation).
• Capacité à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles claires et à travailler en contexte Agile.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration avec les équipes transverses.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).

Preferred Qualifications

• Connaissance des méthodologies SAP Activate ou équivalentes (un atout).

Education & Certifications

• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, administration des affaires, ou discipline connexe.
• Certification SAP CX ou SAP CRM (un atout).
