Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage all aspects of Salesforce, including user setup, roles, permissions, data management, and system configuration.

• Customization & Configuration: Configure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

• User Support: Provide training and technical support to Salesforce users, ensuring adoption and optimal use of the platform.

• Process Automation: Create and maintain automation using Flow, Process Builder, and approval processes to streamline business processes.

• Data Management: Maintain data quality through data cleansing, deduplication, and import/export processes.

• Reports & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.

• System Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits, manage Salesforce releases, and ensure system security.

• AppExchange Solutions: Install, configure, and manage third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, features, and new releases, recommending improvements for the platform.

Qualifications & Skills: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and developer.

 Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning platform.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Proficiency in creating Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.

 Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).

• Certifications:  Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.

 Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and training skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
