Role: SAP HCM Consultant

• 17 years of SAP HCM and  SuccessFactors  experience in various Domains.
• Supporting SAP HCM  in Shell oil AMS project through IBM.
• SuccessFactors implementation, Support and Enhancements experience in  Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding 1.0,  RBP and Integrations. .
• Involvement in Project Quality activities as part of Project Quality Lead role (PQL).
• Exp in organizational initiative activities, mentored  new/junior resources in SAP  payroll, Success Factors and Project quality activities.
• Involvement in competency activities like taking L1 interviews, Resourcing planning and Learning activities.
• Supporting Presales activities like Technical analysis of new project bids, preparing effort estimations, prestation decks and attending client presentation calls. 
• Should be Trained in Workday HCM core By Workday by attending 10 days classroom training program.
