Job Summary

The Expert Team Manager leads a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering complex technical or business solutions. This role ensures high‑quality execution, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives while fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth within the team.The manager acts as both a people leader and subject matter authority, guiding strategy, managing performance, and ensuring successful project and service delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of experts or specialists.Set clear goals, performance expectations, and career development plans.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance work culture.Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.Operational & Delivery ManagementOversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects or services.Ensure quality standards, timelines, and KPIs are consistently met.Manage workload distribution and resource allocation across the team.Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.Strategic ContributionContribute to departmental strategy and operational planning.Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies.Support innovation and adoption of best practices within the team.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams, leadership, and clients to align deliverables.Communicate project updates, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.Act as a point of escalation for complex technical or operational issues.Talent & Capability DevelopmentSupport hiring, onboarding, and retention of expert talent.Encourage knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline).

Proven experience in team leadership or management roles.

Strong expertise in the relevant domain or technical area.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects or operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or relevant professional certifications.Experience working in technology consulting, managed services, or enterprise environments.Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, ITIL, etc.).
