Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:
◦ Alignment within the global PP Organization
◦ Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and analysts.
◦ Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback and support.
◦ Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Project Management:
◦ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Power Platform projects.
◦ Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
◦ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.


Solution Design and Development:
◦ Design and develop business applications using the Power Platform suite.
◦ Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
◦ Implement best practices and standards for Power Platform development.


Strategic Planning:
◦ Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Power Platform adoption and utilization.
◦ Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using Power Platform tools.
◦ Stay updated with the latest features and updates from Microsoft Power Platform.
Collaboration and Communication:
◦ Work closely with business units to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
◦ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management.
◦ Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.

 


Requirements:


Education and Experience:
◦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
◦ Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years of experience in Power Platform development.
◦ Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.


Technical Skills:
◦ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio).
◦ Strong understanding of data modeling, databases, and SQL.
◦ Experience with integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
◦ Knowledge of Azure services and DevOps practices is a plus.


Leadership and Management:
◦ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
◦ Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
◦ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


Analytical and Problem-Solving:
◦ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
◦ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


Communication and Interpersonal:
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
◦ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer).
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
