Job duties include developing, qualifying, and closing sales with enterprise organizations with a dominant Oracle ERP footprint. We require experienced hunters who are passionate about ERP, Multi-Cloud Solutions and Client Success. The person who demonstrates the highest ability for developing business relationships with a proven process to close net-new business will be the most successful. Coordinating, managing, and “owning” complex sales processes is mandatory.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Minimum five (5) years of direct selling experience with Technical Managed Services/Application Managed Services and Cloud Managed Services (recurring revenue)
- Proven experience closing deals with Net New logos
- Proven ability to forecast sales and obtain Client commitment
- Understanding of Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence/Planning applications
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with Clients and Partners
- Superior prospecting and lead management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to confidently and professionally present to “C” level executives
- Knowledge of Oracle market
- Passion, drive, tenacity, and focus while also maintaining professional sales behavior and good habits
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and good CRM habits
This Position Entails:
- Travel, on a regular basis
- Maintaining CRM/Salesforce.com daily
- Selling responsibilities:
- Cloud Sales (Multi-Cloud and Managed Services) to Oracle EBS and JD Edwards Client and related offerings
- Cloud Sales (Multi-Cloud and Managed Services) for non-ERP-related, mission-critical applications, legacy applications and other application and technical workloads
- Application Managed and Professional Services, New implementations, Upgrades, Enhancements, Development and Support
- License sales of Oracle Cloud and On-Premises Solutions
- Related Third Party applications and services
- This role is predominantly a hunter role – one that identifies and closes >75% with Net-new business.

- The compensation for this Candidate includes a competitive base salary combined with strong incentive based commissions and bonuses
