Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with expertise in SAP Public Cloud for an Application Management Services (AMS) role. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP integration solutions to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering SAP CPI projects, expertise in operational support, and a deep understanding of integration requirements in SAP Public Cloud environments.


Key Responsibilities:

AMS Support & Maintenance:

  • Monitor and manage SAP CPI integration flows to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Provide incident resolution, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes for integration-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Handle service requests, change requests, and problem management for SAP CPI and SAP Public Cloud integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Enhancements and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving existing integration flows to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Design and implement integration enhancements based on evolving business needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver change requests efficiently.

Public Cloud Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP Public Cloud to optimize and maintain robust integration strategies.
  • Support hybrid integration landscapes, connecting SAP Public Cloud with on-premise and third-party systems.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for SAP Public Cloud integration in AMS environments.

Proactive Monitoring and Incident Prevention:

  • Use monitoring tools to identify potential issues in advance and address them proactively.
  • Implement automated alerts and reports to ensure integration flows operate at optimal levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) in AMS environments.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Public Cloud solutions and hybrid integration scenarios.
    • Proficiency in working with APIs, OData, RESTful services, and integration protocols (e.g., HTTP, IDoc, SOAP).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP integration projects, with at least 3 years in an AMS role.
    • Proven experience supporting and maintaining SAP Public Cloud integrations.
    • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and related modules.
  • Skills:
    • Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, XML, and JSON.
    • Strong understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes in AMS.
    • Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation in AMS environments.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in CPI or Public Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working in an AMS delivery model for global clients.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and related tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Bilingual: Communicate in English and French.
