SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (CPI / BTP)

The SuccessFactors Technical Consultant is a key role at Syntax.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products
• Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
• Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling
• Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
• Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow
• Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
• Experience in using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns – message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP Experience in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms and SSH keys
• Desirable Experience with EDI integrations, API management.
• Desirable Experience on AMS projects and is aware of the Service processes of AMS
• Provides support for pre-sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ’s.
• Able to complete/assist in demonstration set ups and create and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
• Responsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.
• Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
• Assists and review the preparation of workshop/training materials.
• Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
• Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations (CPI/BTP)
• 3-5 years experience in the role of Technical Consultant
• Implementation of IAS/IPS, SSO
• Confident engaging with all levels of management both customer and internal
• Polished presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of middleware technologies such as Boomi, SAP BTP, Integration Center
• Experience with SAP HCM (on-premise) an asset but not required
• Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning an asset but not required

• Expérience dans l’utilisation de diverses options du palier CPI (modèles d’intégration – transformations de messages, enricher, splitter, etc.) et expérience dans SAP BTP Expérience dans la gestion des artefacts de sécurité, des mécanismes de chiffrement et de déchiffrement, ainsi que des clés SSH
• Expérience souhaitable avec les intégrations EDI, la gestion des API.
• Expérience souhaitable sur des projets AMS et connaissance des processus de service AMS
• Apporte un soutien aux initiatives de prévente, notamment en développant et en examinant les feuilles de route, les estimations et les réponses aux appels d’offres RFP/RFQ.
• Capable de participer/assister à la mise en place de démonstrations et de créer et délivrer des démonstrations et présentations de haute qualité.
• Responsable du soutien aux responsables fonctionnels et techniques lors des ateliers.
• Conçoit et soutient des preuves de concept afin de démontrer les solutions techniques proposées.
• Aide à la préparation et révise les supports d’atelier/de formation.
• Identifie de manière proactive les améliorations de processus, y compris des définitions de solutions claires et concises.
• Recueille et analyse les besoins et objectifs métier des clients.

Exigences :

• Solide connaissance des intégrations SuccessFactors (CPI/BTP)
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le rôle de consultant technique
• Mise en œuvre d’IAS/IPS, SSO
• Aisance à interagir avec tous les niveaux de management, côté client comme en interne
• Excellentes compétences en présentation
• Vaste connaissance des technologies middleware telles que Boomi, SAP BTP, Integration Center
• Une expérience avec SAP HCM (on-premise) est un atout mais n’est pas obligatoire
• Une expérience avec GenAI, Machine Learning est un atout mais n’est pas obligatoire
