🌟 We’re Hiring – SAP Chief / Integration Architect (Fashion Industry)Act as Chief / Integration Architect


You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of business analysts, functional analysts, and developers across all phases of SAP implementations (S/4 Fashion Public or Private Edition), upgrades, or migrations (AFS to S/4 Fashion).


Phases include: Analysis & Design, Discovery/KDDs, Explore, Configuration, Development, Realization, Documentation, Testing, Production Cutover, and Integration into Operations (AMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage consultant teams in choosing solutions and tools within their scope (e.g., building blocks, scope items, benefits, limitations).Advise on delivery methodology (framework, landscape, testing approach) and tooling (code remediation, data migration).Define estimates, assumptions, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.Ensure integrity and integration of solution components within the business scope.Identify integration points and ensure end‑to‑end solution consistency.Support functional consultants in solution design and Fit‑to‑Standard workshop preparation.Facilitate workshops, challenge proposed solutions, and validate outcomes.Oversee sprint execution and content validation.Diagnose and solve complex SAP project issues rapidly.Identify process improvement and integration areas.Ensure SAP landscapes and solutions are cost‑effective, scalable, and best‑in‑class.

Act as Pre‑Sales Expert and Fashion Industry Lead

You will advise on technologies that drive measurable business outcomes while showcasing the value of Syntax’s expertise and solutions.

You will:

Contribute to the Retail Go‑To‑Market strategy (sales enablement, events, webinars, SAP & partner engagement).Lead pre‑sales activities such as RFPs, customer requests, and proposals.Conduct on‑site assessments and lead proposal review meetings.Supervise pre‑sales deliverables and ensure alignment on scope, roles, and costs.Lead customer presentations and represent Syntax as an industry expert.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.15+ years of SAP implementation experience (AFS, Retail ECC/FMS, and S/4HANA Fashion).Experience in pre‑sales, blueprinting / Fit‑to‑Standard, and system integration projects.Exposure to migration strategy, especially from AFS to S/4 Fashion.Exceptional business acumen in the fashion industry.A proven record in developing and executing strategies.Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal (required for working with global clients).
