Your tasks: 

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Retail  

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 

  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements  

  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs  

  • Design, customize, configure and test the SAP Retail modules 

  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions  

  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems  

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 

  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 

  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required  

  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members 

 

You have: 

  • At least 5-10 years of work experience in relevant  retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications 

  • Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain) 

  • Profound understanding of Retail business processes  

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (*This is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing with customers, partners and/or our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing)
