SAP FICO Solution Architect, Mining

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect, Mining lead the design and delivery of innovative financial solutions. This role bridges finance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP FICO functionalities are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business goals in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and a strong background in cloud-based SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop tailored end-to-end SAP FICO solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of SAP modules, overseeing configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify improvements and propose innovative SAP solutions.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage change.
• Training and Support: Create training materials and provide ongoing support for SAP functionalities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and develop reports to monitor supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on FICO modules.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations; proficiency in SAP Solution Manager and reporting tools.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SAP projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with demand planning, predictive analytics, or IoT integration.
• Previous work experience in the mining industry.
