Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – EC Time Management / Time Off / Time Tracking / Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Time Management, including Time Off, Time Tracking, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Global experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations and a deep understanding of HR processes and workforce time management. This consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, focusing on time-related processes and benefits administration. The successful candidate should be comfortable advising clients, leading workshops, and translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a hands-on functional expert in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central Time Management (Time Off and Time Tracking) and Benefits.
  • Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC Time Management solutions.
  • Configure and implement Time Off policies, accrual rules, leave workflows, holiday calendars, and absence management processes.
  • Design and implement Time Tracking configurations, including time recording, attendance management, and integration with payroll or timekeeping systems.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of Benefits management within SuccessFactors.
  • Lead solution design workshops with clients and guide them in aligning their HR processes with SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within scope and timelines.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations while identifying opportunities to optimize HR and workforce management processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments for SuccessFactors quarterly releases, particularly for Time Management and Benefits features.
  • Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support as part of managed services engagements.
  • Contribute to pre-sales initiatives, including solution roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ requests.
  • Develop reusable project accelerators, documentation, and best practice materials for the Syntax SAP Practice.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle implementations focused on Employee Central Time Management (Time Off / Time Tracking).
  • Strong experience with Benefits configuration within Employee Central.
  • Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors EC Time Management and payroll or third-party timekeeping systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Experience with data migration, configuration, and system testing.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes related to workforce time management, absence management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll or integration with payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center.
  • Experience with global time management or multi-country HR implementations.

SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred, particularly:
