Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic SAP PP Pre-Sales & Solution Architect to drive and lead pre-sales manufacturing initiatives, solution architecture design, answering RFP, demoing and different client engagements related to manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle, actively participating to discovery, demo, solution presentations, and ensuring seamless transition from proposal to delivery. Your expertise in SAP manufacturing solutions, business processes, teamwork and client communications will be pivotal in positioning us as a trusted advisor and partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture:
- Lead or participate in customer discovery to gather and define requirements.
- Design optimal SAP-based solutions leveraging internal expertise and SAP resources.
- Present and refine solution concepts collaboratively with customers and teamworker.
- Act as Solution Manager on assigned projects to ensure architectural alignment.
Software Demonstration Leadership:
- Drive selected software pre-sales cycles and demonstrations.
- Identify demo systems, and technical requirements.
- Lead all aspects of demo planning and preparation, script creation, powerpoint, and dry runs
- Deliver impactful client demonstrations
Sales Strategy & Support:
- Actively participate in strategic sales meetings and planning sessions.
- Support Account Managers in developing compelling sales strategies and proposals.
- Assist in crafting presentation materials and client communications.
Technology & Industry Insight:
- Stay current on SAP technologies, updates, and innovations.
- Recommend training programs and conferences for pre-sales teams.
- Attend industry events to maintain cutting-edge knowledge of SAP trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on SAP implementation experience.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, blueprinting, and integration projects.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and consultative mindset.
- Exceptional follow-through and customer engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy development and execution.
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) – this is mandatory due to frequent communication with bilingual clients and international teams.
