Role Purpose

Drive successful business transformation by combining Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Digital Adoption leadership to ensure stakeholders adapt to new SAP solutions. This role manages both the human side of change and the enablement side, leveraging Adoption tools such as WalkMe or Synthesia and other training methodologies to guide users seamlessly through SAP processes, increase adoption rates, and sustain long-term transformation benefits. A strong AI vision on how AI can transform and improve adoption ROI is also requested


Key Accountabilities

Business Transformation, Change Management & Digital Adoption

  • Lead the development of an end-to-end change and adoption strategy aligned with SAP Activate and Syntax’s delivery model and AI Roadmap.
  • Perform impact and stakeholder analyses to identify adoption challenges and address them through tailored interventions.
  • Perform Change Impact Analysis alongside the customer and adapt the Change Management Plan accordingly
  • Manage digital adoption campaigns within SAP using tools such as WalkMe – including guided walkthroughs, smart tips, onboarding flows, task lists, and in-app communication.
  • Use Adoption Dashbord and analytics to measure user engagement, proficiency, and process completion rates.
  • Partner with SAP Functional Leads, BPOs, and SMEs to ensure in-app guidance reflects real business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build and plan communication strategies aligned with stakeholder analysis and Change impact Analysis
  • Coach and guide sponsors, project leaders, and change agents to actively drive adoption.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between project teams, operational teams, and end users.

Training & Enablement

  • Define, develop, and execute the Train-the-Trainer program, incorporating both in-person and digital learning.
  • Build blended learning programs — classroom training, e-learning, simulation exercises, WalkMe interactive guidance — tailored to roles and proficiency levels.
  • Coordinate training content creation, ensuring it is process-driven and directly integrated into the SAP system where possible.
  • Manage training logistics and participant tracking across multiple geographies and languages.
  • Monitor and report training KPIs, adoption metrics, and readiness levels, adjusting plans based on feedback and data.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs for change management, business readiness, deliverable completion, and adoption success.
  • Continuously analyze post-go-live metrics and engagement data, recommending reinforcement activities or additional guidance for the Post-Go-Live Deployment Strategy
  • Apply gamification and microlearning techniques to sustain motivation and proficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Education, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in OCM, Digital Adoption, or blended training program management for large-scale technology projects (SAP experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience deploying and managing a Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe experience preferred).
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret adoption analytics and translate them into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) and experience in learning design or instructional technology is an asset.
  • Experience in learning experience design, gamification, and microlearning strategies.

  • Analytical Thinking – capable of leveraging qualitative and quantitative data from training feedback and platform analytics.
