Job Summary:
Syntax Systems Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with extensive experience in full life cycle implementations, particularly in multi-country environments (primarily the US and Canada). The ideal candidate will be a hands-on application expert with a deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes, capable of leading implementations using best practices. The consultant will troubleshoot business requirements, drive innovative solutions, and enhance integration between EC Payroll and other SuccessFactors modules. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a hands-on application expert in the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll domain.
  • Collaborate individually and as part of a team to deliver SAP HCM, S4, and EC Payroll solutions while managing the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct demonstrations and create high-quality presentations for stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project scope.
  • Advise Project Leads and Managers on best practice implementations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead design workshops to define solution design practices in alignment with SAP best practices.
  • Support Project Leads in translating business goals into optimal solutions.
  • Provide impact assessments during Quarterly Releases.
  • Develop reusable content and tools to enhance project efficiency.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of the Syntax Systems Ltd SAP Practice.
  • Assist in designing proof of concepts for proposed technical solutions.
  • Identify process improvements and articulate clear solution definitions.
  • Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • 8+ years of SAP experience as an implementation consultant, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 complete EC Payroll implementations, including Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM on-premise (ECC), particularly US and Canadian payroll schema PCR processes.
  • Experience implementing integrations with third-party applications such as BSI and ADP Compliance Services.
  • Proficiency in configuring EC, including Time and Benefits, and familiarity with Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Rules, and Workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and optimize client systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with migration/cloning tools like SpinifexIT.
  • Experience with BSI Tax Profile Factory.
  • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Onboarding, LMS) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Agir comme expert(e) fonctionnel(le) dans le domaine de SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

  • Collaborer individuellement et en équipe à la mise en œuvre des solutions SAP HCM, S/4HANA et EC Payroll, sur l’ensemble du cycle de projet.

  • Animer des démonstrations et préparer des présentations de qualité à destination des parties prenantes.

  • Préparer et réviser les livrables en respectant la portée du projet.

  • Conseiller les chefs de projet sur les meilleures pratiques adaptées aux besoins des clients.

  • Diriger les ateliers de conception et définir les pratiques de design alignées sur les standards SAP.

  • Soutenir les chefs de projet dans la traduction des objectifs d’affaires en solutions optimales.

  • Réaliser des analyses d’impact lors des mises à jour trimestrielles.

  • Développer du contenu et des outils réutilisables pour accroître l’efficacité des projets.

  • Contribuer à la base de connaissances de la pratique SAP de Syntax Systems Ltd.

  • Participer à la conception de preuves de concept pour des solutions techniques proposées.

  • Identifier les améliorations de processus et proposer des solutions claires et efficaces.

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins et objectifs d’affaires des clients.


Qualifications requises :

  • Certification SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et Employee Central Payroll.

  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience SAP en tant que consultant(e) en implantation, dont au moins 3 ans spécifiquement en SuccessFactors EC Payroll.

  • Expérience confirmée dans au moins 3 projets EC Payroll complets, y compris Payroll Control Center (PCC).

  • Solide compréhension de SAP HCM ECC, notamment des schémas PCR de paie US et Canada.

  • Expérience avec des intégrations tierces comme BSI et ADP Compliance Services.

  • Maîtrise de la configuration d’EC incluant la gestion du temps, des avantages sociaux, des objets fondamentaux, objets MDF, règles et flux de travail.
