SAP CAR Senior Consultant

Your tasks: 

• Participate in business and architecture planning sessions and anticipate future business and architecture changes and strategies 

• Estimates, assumption, schedule, scope, role definition and responsibilities 

• Review and challenge functional specifications for accuracy and completeness 

• Collaborate with the implementation lead and/or project manager to communicate the business process strategy and vision; facilitate business process review meetings with business stakeholders 

• Define release, deployment and rollout strategies 

• Identify and communicate risks (business, application, technical) associated with the implementation of components or applications at the business and enterprise level (in collaboration with Enterprise Architect) 

• Manage changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues 

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements 

• Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects 

• Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team 

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed 

• Work independently and autonomously; may mentor less experienced members 

You have: 

• At least 10 years experience in SAP retail with strong CAR background as a consultant (experience with S/4 Hana on-prem or cloud a great asset) 

• Strong knowledge of the integration with other SAP modules and third party system 

• Knowledge of Integration Tools is an asset 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (*This is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing with customers, partners and/or our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing)
