The SAP C4C Functional will be responsible for the overall design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions including Sales, Service, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 or other third‑party systems.
This role ensures that business requirements are translated into efficient, scalable, and best‑practice C4C solutions that align with the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Solutions 

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP C4C solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate C4C system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions, defining functional and technical design documents.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Identify gaps, issue and propose work around solutions or custom SDK solutions.
  • Design and implement custom SDK solutions with the technical team to meet business requirements.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

Implementation & Configuration

  • Configure and customize SAP C4C objects such as Business Roles, Work Centers, Business Partners, Activities, Quotes, Opportunities and Contracts.
  • Develop business rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Manage C4C Data Migration (Data Workbench, Migration Templates, OData feeds).
  • Participate in testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and assist with user training and change management.

Integration & Technical Oversight

  • Partner with CPI/Integration teams to define integration services and communication arrangements.
  • Support design of interfaces using SOAP, OData, or REST APIs.
  • Ensure security, authorization, and data governance within SAP C4C.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish design guidelines, documentation standards, and reusable templates.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP C4C roadmap, release management, and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Service, IT, Integration, and Analytics).

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 5–10 years of experience in SAP solutions, including 5+ years in SAP C4C.
  • Proven experience with SAP C4C Sales & Service modules.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (Employee, Customer, Product) in SAP C4C.
  • Experience with Integration techniques (SAP CPI, SOAP/XML, OData, IDoc, RFC).
  • Knowledge of authorizations, scoping, fine‑tuning, & business configuration within C4C.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP C4C V2 preferred.
  • Bilingual - French and English mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
