SAP C4C Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in implementing and enhancing SAP C4C solutions for clients across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and map business requirements to C4C functionalities

· Configure and customize C4C using KUT and SDK (ABSL, UI scripting, etc.)

· Design, test, and support integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM) using CPI, PI/PO, or BTP

· Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements

· Conduct workshops, document functional designs, and support UAT

· Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

· Provide end-user support and training when needed

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of SAP C4C experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing

· Strong hands-on knowledge of KUT, extension fields, mash-ups, and data source creation

· Integration experience with S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CRM

· Familiarity with CPI or other middleware tools

· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

· Must be authorized to work in the USA or Canada (no sponsorship available)

Nice to Have:

· Experience with Salesforce or other cloud CRM platforms

· SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) proficiency

· Knowledge of SAP standard APIs and web services
