Department: AMS (Application Managed Services)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BI/SAC/SACP Consultant to join our AMS team. The role involves providing technical expertise in developing, maintaining, and supporting SAP Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SACP) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in SAP analytics and data integration, with a proven track record in AMS service delivery for large-scale enterprise clients.

Candidates with previous Public Cloud experience will be highly regarded, as our service offerings increasingly leverage cloud-based technologies to support client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Support & Maintenance:
• Provide incident resolution and performance tuning for SAP BI, SAC, and SACP solutions.
• Manage SAP SAC tenant administration, including connectivity and user management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flow processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Technical Implementation:
• Design, configure, and deploy data models in SAC, leveraging HANA calculation views, BW queries, and other data sources.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations with advanced SAC functionality, including linked analysis, drill-down capabilities, and scripting (e.g., Data Actions and Advanced Formulas).
• Develop and optimize SACP planning models for financial forecasting, workforce planning, and operational budgeting.
• Data Integration:
• Configure and manage live and import connections between SAC and SAP systems, such as S/4HANA, BW, and HANA databases.
• Implement ETL workflows using tools such as SAP Data Services, DSO, and ODS to ensure seamless data integration.
• Enable integration with third-party applications via OData services, REST APIs, and Excel-based imports.
• AMS Service Delivery:
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and change requests using ITIL processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.
• Deliver regular client reporting and adhere to SLA commitments.
• Collaboration & Training:
• Work with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, and FI/CO consultants, to ensure integration across modules.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and demos to improve solution adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SACP).
• Strong background in SAP Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Lumira), and SAP HANA Modeling.
• Expertise in designing complex SAC planning models, including calculations, allocations, and predictive forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with SAC scripting tools, such as Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, and Story Design.
• Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., SLT, SAP Data Services, or Smart Data Integration).
• AMS Background:
• Proven experience in AMS service delivery, including proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.
• Other Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Analytical Framework and integration with SAC.
• Ability to work with complex data hierarchies, multi-dimensional models, and time-dependent data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in SAC, SACP, or BW/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Predictive Analytics, AI-driven insights, or Machine Learning in SAC.
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically in hosting and managing SAP solutions.
• Experience with AMS tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for SAC hosting and scalable data solutions.
