Team coordinator
We are currently looking for a Team coordinator to join our rapidly growing dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a level of energy, decorum and discretion that is unparalleled. You possess a sixth sense that allows you to be 2 steps ahead at all times. You will have experience in a fast-paced professional environment supporting senior leadership. You will be able to effectively navigate and manage time-sensitive/urgent situations and have a tolerance to ambiguity.
Your tasks:
- Planning and organizing the work of highly effective professionals
- Coordinate the work of the team members with people outside the team
- Facilitate professional’s calendar event planning when scheduling conflicts arises and anticipate needs
- Maintain and enhance the tools the team use, Excel or others.
- Help with organizing recognition activities with team members
- Help with managing team training – plan SAP trainings for each; identify and plan Soft Skills training for each.
- Help with onboarding activities of new resources on the team
- Planning and organizing events that take place externally or internally, such as client meetings, team meetings and appreciation events
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executives
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactively look for ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness
You have: - Proven experience as a Team coordinator for at least 3 to 5 years
- Excellent MS Office and Google suite knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, and a sense of urgency
- Creative and efficient multi-tasking ability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (*This is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing)
- Strong willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone to assume new responsibilities
