Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead
Job Summary: The Change Management and Digital Adoption Lead plays a crucial role in driving successful business transformation by integrating organizational change management (OCM) and digital adoption leadership. This position ensures that stakeholders effectively adapt to new SAP solutions through a focus on both the human aspects of change and enabling technology. Utilizing adoption tools such as WalkMe and Synthesia, along with various training methodologies, this leader will guide users through SAP processes, enhance adoption rates, and sustain long-term transformation benefits. A strong vision for leveraging AI to improve the return on investment for adoption initiatives is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Transformation, Change Management & Digital Adoption
- Lead the development of an end-to-end change and adoption strategy aligned with SAP Activate and Syntax's delivery model and AI roadmap.
- Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments to identify adoption challenges and address them through tailored interventions.
- Collaborate with clients to perform change impact analysis and adjust change management plans accordingly.
- Manage digital adoption campaigns within SAP using tools like WalkMe, including guided tours, smart tips, integration flows, task lists, and in-app communications.
- Utilize adoption dashboards and analytics to measure user engagement, mastery, and process completion rates.
- Partner with SAP functional leads, BPOs, and subject matter experts to ensure application guidance reflects actual business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Develop and plan communication strategies aligned with stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Coach and guide sponsors, project managers, and change agents to actively drive adoption.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between project teams, operational teams, and end-users.

Training & Enablement
- Define, develop, and execute the train-the-trainer program, incorporating both in-person and digital learning.
- Create blended learning programs—classroom training, e-learning, simulation exercises, interactive WalkMe orientation—tailored to roles and skill levels.
- Oversee the creation of training content, ensuring it is process-focused and directly integrated into the SAP system where possible.
- Manage training logistics and participant tracking across multiple geographies and languages.
- Monitor and report on training key performance indicators, adoption metrics, and readiness levels, adjusting plans based on feedback and data.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Establish key performance indicators for change management, business readiness, deliverable completion, and adoption success.
- Continuously analyze post-deployment metrics and engagement data, recommending reinforcement activities or further guidance for the post-deployment strategy.
- Apply gamification techniques and micro-learning strategies to maintain motivation and mastery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in OCM, digital adoption, or blended training program management for large-scale technology projects (SAP experience preferred).
- Proven experience in deploying and managing a digital adoption platform (WalkMe experience preferred).
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret adoption analytics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) and experience in instructional design or learning technology is a plus.
- Experience in designing learning experiences, gamification, and micro-learning strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership capabilities in change, fostering clarity, engagement, and momentum during transformation.
- Expertise in digital adoption, adept at advising and managing the adoption platform to accelerate user integration and mastery.
- Instructional design proficiency, with the ability to create targeted learning resources aligned with process mapping and role-based needs.
- Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and coordinating between executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
- Analytical thinking, able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data from training feedback and platform analytics.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in instructional design or training methodologies are advantageous.
