As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a critical role in the financial management and decision-making process of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and overall business growth. By leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, you will contribute to the achievement of the company's financial objectives and help drive informed business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance assessments, to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports and dashboards to management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes, and assist in developing actionable strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Cost Control and Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve financial efficiency, and support cost management initiatives across the organization.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to simulate various scenarios, analyze financial impacts, and aid in long-term planning and investment decisions.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data requests, conduct special financial studies, and provide insightful recommendations to address specific business challenges.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning and analysis processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting practices.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends, market dynamics, and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Technical and Professional Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling software, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Work scheme: In office 2-3 times a month. Other than that remote
