The Customer Solution Director plays a pivotal role in our SAP practices by leading the sales cycle from a presale’s perspective. The CSD contributes to join the forces of the Presales Team members, the Sales Executive, Solution Architects, PGO leaders and Industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- The CSD will be assigned to opportunities by the VP Presales
- Always Maintain a customer-facing role
- Attend Opportunity Reviews.
- Lead the response to RFPs and prepare proposals and BOM.
- Lead and organize Site Surveys, including agenda setting, team coordination, and execution.
- Lead the proposal review process and organize meetings.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of demos.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Final Presentations, including DDA.
- Facilitate the transition to Delivery and Consulting until the SOW is prepared (note: SOW is completed by Delivery and Consulting, not CSD).
- Stay informed of variations and gaps with the initial proposal during presales and participate in presentations to explain these gaps.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to build the strategy to win the deal.
Qualifications :
- Strong SAP Functional Consulting Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in SAP Project Management: Expert in leading projects, proactive to make things happen
- Excellent Listening and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and understand client needs.
- Capacity to Maneuver Under Pressure: Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- High Customer-Centric Vision: Strong focus on meeting customer needs and delivering value.
- Solution-Oriented: Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
