Responsibilities

• Pass our internal SAP Basis program under lead of experienced SAP Basis Professional
• Get familiar and work according to ITIL
• Assist in the daily operation and the implementation activities related to SAP Basis.
• Assist in handling incident tickets and change requests.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Systems in our data center and cloud environment.
• Assistance in the automation of technical processes
• Support and cooperation in IT projects
   

Qualifications

• Student in computer science
• Interest or first experience within SAP Basis (installation/operation)
• Interest or first experience in Unix environment (eg Suse Linux, Ubuntu, Redhat, Debian, ...)
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of virtual systems (VMware, VIO) advantage
• Real team player and aware of cross-cultural working
• Good listening and communication skills
• Good English skills
