About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Working Student to support our DevOps and Automation teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern infrastructure and automation tools in a collaborative engineering environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers to help build and maintain automation pipelines, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and configuration of CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tools and processesHelp maintain and troubleshoot system automation tools like Salt, Ansible, AWX, and RundeckSupport infrastructure monitoring and logging (telemetry data collection and analysis)Assist with documentation and automation of routine tasksCollaborate on testing and maintaining automation scripts and frameworksHelp with updates and small tasks in development and support environments (e.g. K8s, Linux/Windows environments)Learn and apply principles of operational support and automation development

What You’ll Learn

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldBasic understanding of Linux and Windows OSFamiliarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Bash, Python)Interest in DevOps, automation, or infrastructure engineeringStrong motivation to learn and proactive communicationFluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt, AWX)Previous internship or project experience with system administration or automation
