Your Role
As a Senior Service Manager at Syntax, you play a key role in ensuring operational excellence for our managed services. You act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring all agreed services are delivered according to contract, with high quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.You will oversee multiple complex customer relationships, working closely with technical delivery teams, account management, and leadership to maintain stability and foster strategic growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for service delivery according to contractual agreements (SLAs, KPIs, reporting)
- Coordination of service delivery across multiple technical teams and platforms (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Workplace)
- Preparation, leadership, and follow‑up of Service Review Meetings with customers
- Creation and analysis of service reports and identification of improvement opportunities
- Oversight of Incident, Problem, and Change Management from a service owner perspective
- Support of customer projects, service extensions, and renewals in close collaboration with Account and Delivery Management
- Management‑level communication and escalation handling
- Contribution to continuous improvement of service processes and tools
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably ITIL‑based) and working with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of Managed Cloud Services, Application Management, or SAP Operations
- Excellent customer focus and strong communication and presentation skills, also at executive level
- Structured, solution‑oriented approach combined with hands‑on mentality
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar Service Management platforms
- Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written
