These exciting tasks await you:

  • Telephone and electronic acceptance of customer inquiries (incidents, service and change requests) as part of 1st level support and documentation in the ticket system
  • Pre-qualification and prioritization of tickets in the areas of user administration AD, SAP, MS Office applications, Cisco VPN, telecommunications, general client/server support, how-to support
  • Carrying out error analyses and initiating appropriate measures
  • Close cooperation and coordination with 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Support with projects (ITSM processes, transition)
  • Creation of documentation, process descriptions, work aids and manuals for our internal knowledgebase and routing matrix
  • Close coordination with colleagues within our internationally oriented team as part of 7x24 support



Your profile:

  • Training as an IT specialist, comparable IT training or initial experience in IT support
  • Broad-based IT knowledge (e.g. client, networks, SAP, Windows) and initial experience in IT customer support
  • IT affinity and enjoy gathering new information, constantly familiarizing yourself with IT topics and further training and applying this knowledge in your daily work
  • Very good communication and social skills as well as a very good style of expression
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • trong customer and service orientation and a high level of service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of IT service management according to the ITIL standard and ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
