SAP AMS/Optimization Services CoE Lead for Slovakia

Key activities:

• Disciplinary Lead of the functional and technical SAP consultants in Slovakia assigned to the AMS/Optimization Services organization

• This includes further growth of the team based on the global demand in the AMS/Optimization organization being a Nearshore center for our European engagements, but also for our global customer engagements
• Growth is expected in current areas where the AMS team in Slovakia is already engaged (technical cross-application services+ SAP security services), but also in SAP functional modules (like SD, PP, FI/CO, MM, EWM, etc.)
• Setup a close relationship within the global SAP practice (especially with the Global Resource Management team to align demand and supply), but also with the regional Presales and Project&Governance Organization in EU

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the SAP business (functional or technical consultant background)
• Experience in Application Maintenance Services (In-house or as part of a System Integrator)
• Experience in developing and growing Teams (Management experience)
• Experience in working in an international Environment
• Very good English skills
• Flexible and agile working style
