Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our organization by managing a portfolio of strategic and operational projects. In this role, you will ensure alignment with business goals, prioritize projects, monitor progress, and ensure that the portfolio delivers optimal value to the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Define and implement portfolio governance, processes, and tools.

• Evaluate and prioritize project proposals based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.

• Monitor project performance across the portfolio, track progress, risks, and benefits realization.

• Act as an interface between project managers, senior management, and stakeholders.

• Prepare regular portfolio reports and facilitate decision-making at steering committees.

• Support project managers in applying project management methodologies and tools.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• Several years of experience in project and portfolio management.

• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Experience with project management and portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, or similar).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
