Manager, Infrastructure Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Manager, Infrastructure Architecture to lead and define our enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performing solutions that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will oversee global infrastructure architecture, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a global team of highly experienced IT Solution Architects
• Provide comprehensive set of technical skills in private and public cloud solutions
• Support the creation of ideas for service improvements and new services in a high-quality infrastructure, creating global standards
• Align strategic improvements with global operation key stakeholders
• Effectively assign tasks to ensure the completion of infrastructure projects
• Plan and develop trainings for you team to ensure the team skill are up to date
• Act motivative to help the team to develop their full abilities
• Develop and execute a global infrastructure architecture strategy to support business objectives
• Collaborate with IT operation teams to develop best-in-class end-to-end service
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and improve efficiency
• Work closely with vendors and partners
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to infrastructure architects and engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and operations in a global enterprise environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Skills in negotiating with vendors and managing contracts
• Ability to develop and align IT infrastructure strategies with business goals
• Skills in long-term planning and forecasting
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports
• Skills in gathering and incorporating feedback from diverse sources to improve
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and business needs
• Flexibility in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Strong expertise in Network, Storage, Compute, OS technologies and automation
• Knowledge of ITIL and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
