Invoicing Specialist

Main tasks

• Creation of invoices according to customer agreements.
• Carrying out analyses and evaluations to ensure that invoices are prepared in full.

• Processing of all commercial complaints and creation of credit notes.
• Central contact person as interface function to all input-providing / consuming business processes.

• Support for internal and external audits.

• Problem analysis.

• ServiceNow and SAP- Integration tests for the area of Invoicing.

Qualification requirements

Completed commercial training or proof of comparable qualification

Communication, teamwork and documentation skills

Accuracy and independent working style

Understanding of process-related interrelationships and interfaces

Very good English language skills, good German language skills

Knowledge and understanding of the Syntax portfolio

Good knowledge of MS Office

Very good knowledge of SAP ERP – primarily in the modules SD/MM/CS

Experience in an international IT/telecommunications company is an advantage
