Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Integration Developer with strong technical backgrounds to support the increasing demand for system integrations. This role will focus on implementing ServiceNow eBonding solutions and other REST-based integrations with external platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling delivery capacity, supporting customer onboarding, standardizing integration processes, and contributing to upcoming technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST APIs
• Implement and support ServiceNow eBonding integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently
• Contribute to integration standardization and best practices
• Support customer onboarding through technical implementation and guidance
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across integrated systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Solid experience working with REST API integrations
• Experience with JSON, web services, and authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, Basic Auth)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of data structures and databases
• Ability to work in a customer-facing technical environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform (highly desirable, but not mandatory)
