Your Responsibilities

• Consult, design, and implement end‑to‑end solutions in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), covering core areas such as S/4HANA PP, MM, EWM, IBP, or TM.
• Conduct comprehensive process analyses, identifying optimization opportunities across planning, procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
• Support and steer S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects for international clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate supply chain processes — ensuring alignment between business, IT, and operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business requirements into scalable, future‑proof SAP solutions.
• Drive innovation topics within the SCM domain — including digital manufacturing, advanced planning, and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to Presales activities through discovery sessions, solution demos, and effort estimations.
• Lead project workstreams or solution areas, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
• Help develop and refine Syntax’s SCM consulting portfolio and best practices.
• Work with state‑of‑the‑art SAP technologies: S/4HANA, Fiori, IBP, EWM, TM.
• Participate in exciting international projects that make a tangible difference in our customers’ supply chain performance.
• Experience an open, collaborative culture characterized by integrity, trust, and autonomy — not micromanagement.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience (7+ for Senior, 10+ for Principal level) in SAP SCM consulting with expertise in one or more key areas (PP, MM, EWM, IBP, TM).
• Proven track record in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
• Skilled in SAP customizing, system integration, and designing complex process architectures.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must‑have; German is highly welcome.
• A genuine consulting mindset – proactive, customer‑focused, and eager to turn challenges into practical solutions.
• A team‑oriented and entrepreneurial personality with a drive to shape the digital supply chains of the future.
