ABAP Developer (FIORI /Forms)

The ABAP Developer will be responsible for developing, debugging and the operational support of complex solutions in our customers’ SAP S/4 Systems. The consultant will work in a team of consultants providing services including incident and change handling extending to projects and project support. The consultant will be an integral part of innovation projects. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for coordinating activities of consultants and junior consultants and ensuring the delivery quality for his area of responsibility.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Support functional specification creation 

•    Derive architecture and details for technical specification

•    Implement Processes User Exits, Workflows, reports and solution extensions according to specification and in accordance with relevant development and architecture guidelines

•    Detailed debugging of implemented solutions and processes 

•    Coordinate activities of consultants and junior consultants in his area of responsibility

•    Act as quality gatekeeper for delivery in his area of responsibility

•    Actively participate in innovative projects and ensure transition to the factory

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1.    A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software design, or a related field with a strong development background
2.    Experience (5+ years) in at least three of: ABAP development, ABAP OO, JAVA, JAVA/ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP FIORI UI5, OData service, 
3.    Experience (5+ years) in: SAP script, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms
4.    Fluent English language skills required
5.    Excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills to build strong internal/external working relationships.
6.    Flexible and thrive in an environment with frequent and competing deadlines, multiple tasks and high-performance expectations.
7.    Experience working with IT service management processes. Preferably based on the ITIL framework.
8.    Experience in at least 3 ERP modules.
9.    Experience in ERP on HANA, S/4 HANA, HANA native is a bonus
