We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team with expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and EPM SaaS (specifically FCCS and EPBCS). In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution implementation, optimization, and support for OAC and EPM applications within the enterprise financial planning and reporting space.
Key Responsibilities:
OAC Implementation and Management:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of OAC solutions, including data integration, reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into OAC data models and visualizations.
Develop advanced analytics models using OAC, ensuring data accuracy, performance optimization, and high-quality reporting.
EPM SaaS (FCCS & EPBCS) Expertise:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) solutions.
Configure and manage various modules of FCCS & EPBCS, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide expertise in integrating OAC with FCCS/EPBCS, ensuring seamless data flow between planning, consolidation, and analytics environments.
Client Engagement and Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management, planning, and reporting needs.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for OAC and EPM SaaS to meet client business goals.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to OAC, FCCS, and EPBCS.
Performance Optimization:
Identify opportunities for performance improvements in OAC reporting and EPM processes.
Tune and optimize OAC performance for large datasets and complex queries.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and EPM SaaS (particularly FCCS and EPBCS).
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and enterprise budgeting & forecasting within FCCS & EPBCS.
Proficiency in data integration, data modeling, and visualization in OAC.
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration techniques between OAC, FCCS, and EPBCS.
Expertise in SQL, Essbase, and Financial Reporting tools (Smart View, Web Studio).
Strong ability to gather and interpret business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Desired Certifications:
Oracle Certified Expert in OAC or EPM Cloud.
Any relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), FCCS, or EPBCS.
