Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP on HANA and modern ABAP syntax (7.4 / 7.5).
• Develop applications following Clean Core and extensibility standards within S/4HANA environments.
• Build and maintain RAP-based applications leveraging CDS views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Develop and maintain complex object-oriented (OOPS) ABAP programs and frameworks.
• Utilize Eclipse IDE (ADT) and Business Application Studio (BAS) for development and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional teams and architects to ensure scalable and maintainable technical designs.
• Optimize performance of HANA-optimized ABAP code and database access.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and performance standards.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Core Skills: ABAP, ABAP on HANA, OOPS, RAP, BOPF, CDS Views, AMDP, OData
• Tools & Environments: Eclipse IDE (ADT), BAS
• Development Standards: SAP Clean Core and extensibility concepts
• Version Knowledge: ABAP 7.4 and 7.5 syntaxes

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Knowledge on SAP Fiori/UI5, CPI
• Familiarity with ABAPGit for version control
• Exposure to SAP BTP solutions
