Senior BI Consultant / Senior BI Developer – SAP Analytics

We are looking for a Senior BI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP analytics and data modeling to join our team in a senior developer role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise analytics solutions using Core Data Services (CDS), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BW. Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects Tools & SAP Analytics cloud planning will be considered a strong advantage.

This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work closely with functional and business stakeholders, and experience delivering scalable, high-quality reporting and analytics solutions across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP BI and analytics solutions
• Build and optimize data models using Core Data Services (CDS) and SAP Datasphere
• Develop reports, dashboards, and stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Work with SAP BW objects, data flows, transformations, and reporting layers
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, governance, and scalability across analytics solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in reporting, modeling, and data integration
• Provide technical leadership and best practices as a senior developer
• Support solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring of junior team members

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as a BI Consultant / BI Developer / Analytics Consultant
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Core Data Services (CDS)
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• SAP BW
• Strong understanding of SAP data models, data extraction, transformation, and reporting architecture
• Experience designing and developing enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions
• Ability to work independently in a senior technical role while collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects tools
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for SAP analytics solutions
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple source systems
• Prior experience in client-facing consulting engagements
