Role and Responsibilities
The ControlM Batch Operator will provide first level support services, responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:
Monitor and analyze job schedules 24X7, and consult with appropriate functional, programming, and technical staff to optimize them.
Assist team in providing operation and application support services for production mitigating vulnerabilities, resolving issues, addressing tickets, and managing batch job scheduling request.
Help customer to troubleshoot day to day issues and detect bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.
Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience
One (1) to two (2) years' relevant experience working on BMC ControlM V9.0.19
Basics on Service Now tool
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
