Position Overview - The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on expertise across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, and SAP Public Cloud platforms, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management solutions. This role requires a strong functional background in EWM configuration, integration, and end-to-end solution delivery, aligned with best practices in supply chain execution and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support SAP EWM implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects in ECC, S/4HANA, and Public Cloud environments. - Perform functional design, configuration, testing, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM. - Analyze business requirements to design robust and scalable EWM solutions aligned with client objectives. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper data flow between EWM and connected systems (RF, Automation, IoT, etc.). - Manage functional documentation, including business process descriptions, configuration guides, and training materials. - Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and post-go-live support activities. - Assess new EWM functionalities in public cloud releases and propose innovation or automation enhancements. - Integrate EWM with external systems using IDocs, BAPI, and REST APIs ensuring smooth real-time operations. - Partner with business leads and project managers to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Functional Expertise - Strong experience (8–10 years) in SAP EWM functional design and deployment—including major modules such as: - Warehouse Structure and Layout - Resource Management - Inbound & Outbound Processes - Internal Warehouse Movements - Wave Management, Slotting & Rearrangement - Labor Management & Yard Management - Hands-on experience with SAP EWM in ECC, S/4HANA (On-Prem and Public Cloud) environments. - Practical understanding of SAP SCM-EWM integration and related logistical execution processes. - Proficiency in EWM Master Data (Storage Bin, Handling Unit, Packaging Specification, Product Master, etc.). - Involvement in RF Framework customization and system interface configurations. - Good knowledge of Cutover planning, data migration, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP Certification in EWM or Supply Chain Execution preferred. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and lead small teams in multi-system landscapes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Additional Preferred Experience - Exposure to SAP TM (Transportation Management) or WM-TWM migration projects. - Understanding of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for Public Cloud scenarios. - Knowledge of Fiori Apps and embedded analytics for supply chain monitoring. - Experience in Agile project methodologies with modern DevOps concepts.
