Role Summary:-

We require a SAP PM/EAM Architect with strong S/4HANA conversion background to lead plant maintenance and enterprise asset management solutions during migration programs. The candidate will drive architectural design, oversee conversion activities, and ensure optimized maintenance processes post‑go‑live.

 Key Responsibilities: -

 Lead SAP PM/EAM solution design and integration in an S/4HANA environment. - Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance process design. - Support integration with MM, FICO, and production. - Lead object mapping, data cleansing, and migration activities for PM/EAM-specific master and transactional data. - Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard, blueprinting, and technical validation sessions during conversion. - Mentor functional consultants during build, test, and cutover phases.

 Requirements: -

 10+ years SAP PM/EAM experience. - Strong track record with at least 1 major S/4HANA system conversion. - Knowledge of AIN, mobility, maintenance planning, EHS integration, and Fiori apps. - Hands-on experience with equipment hierarchy, work orders, notifications, and measurement points. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
