Job Title: Intermediate SAP PM Consultant with Conversion Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Intermediate SAP PM Consultant with a strong background in system conversions and implementation. The ideal candidate will analyze, optimize, and support SAP Plant Maintenance solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and delivering tailored solutions for client needs. This role requires proficiency in SAP conversions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical needs, processes) and align them with SAP business processes.
  • Lead or support SAP system conversion initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions, data integrity, and minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Recommend appropriate SAP PM business processes to meet client objectives effectively.
  • Conduct functionality testing, including unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing, to validate solutions.
  • Design and execute detailed test plans (e.g., test objectives, cases, data, and scripts) to ensure solution quality.
  • Develop and assess process models to identify completeness and accuracy in workflows.
  • Coordinate and execute project tasks efficiently, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Provide support (e.g., troubleshooting, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing) to maintain productivity levels post-implementation.
  • Deliver SAP training sessions to client end-users to facilitate adoption.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery of project goals.
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and project deliverables comprehensively.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of SAP Plant Maintenance consulting experience, including a minimum of 1–3 system conversions.
  • Expertise in SAP data migration, integration, and validation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full life cycle SAP PM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex client requirements.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, along with the ability to document and execute testing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks under project deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • SAP Certification is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pre-Sales support experience (e.g., demos, preparation, and client presentations).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to plant maintenance.
