Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to Have:

• Academic projects involving software testing or quality assurance.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect tracking or project management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or automation testing concepts.

Key Responsibilities: In ServiceNow Platform

• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members.
• Participate in test planning, status reporting, and release validation activities.
• Support UAT and production validation efforts as needed.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure adherence to QA processes.
