Junior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer (m/f/d) who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.
You’ll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and problem-solving, working across modern technical domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Enterprise Software Development.These areas combine smart automation, connected devices, and business applications — giving you exposure to technologies like Python, JavaScript, ABAP, and SAP Basis, along with frameworks and concepts used in AI, analytics, and cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for Syntax Global Business Innovation (GBI)'s software solutions. 

Coordinate and manage support requests, ensuring timely, effective resolution and clear communication.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze and escalate complex issues.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to process improvement.

Develop hands-on understanding of enterprise environments and modern integration tools.
