Junior SAP MM Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or solid understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) processes, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

• Perform inventory management tasks, including:

  • Goods Receipt (MIGO).

  • Goods Issue.

  • Stock Transfers.

• Support invoice verification processes.

• Work with different procurement strategies such as standard purchasing, subcontracting, and consignment.

• Collaborate with business users and senior consultants to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.

• Assist in testing, documentation, and user training for MM processes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP MM best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• SAP MM purchasing processes: PR and PO management.

• Inventory management transactions: MIGO for goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers.

• Invoice Verification processes.

• Understanding of procurement strategies: standard, subcontracting, consignment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CALM (Cloud ALM).

• Familiarity with Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments.

• Experience with SAP GUI.

• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules:

  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).

  • SAP PP (Production Planning).

  • SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling).

• Knowledge of data management tools and concepts:

  • IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW for data migration or load.

• Reporting and analysis skills:

  • Experience using SAP Query.

  • Ability to analyze standard SAP reports.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in SAP and related technologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.

Language Proficiency: Advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
