Profile: 

 

An Inside Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. 

  

Requirements: 

  

  • Native German level, high English and Spanish level 

  • Sales experience in similar commercial oposition in IT and/or consulting sector (B2B preferably).  

  • Fundamental technology knowledge of the SAP and Public Cloud world (AWS & Azure) and its benefits 

  • Pro-active, open minded and willingness to learn on a daily basis 

  • Strong team player spirit 

  • Analytical mind 

  • Willingness to perform alternative sales tasks 

  

Tasks: 

  

This role will be the first point of contact with potential customers, and the one in charge of getting a meeting between the customer and the sales team, so the tasks required for this role are as follows: 

  • Foundational understanding of company's portfolios of products and services and keeping up to date with updates and new releases. 

  • Detecting new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. 

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements. 

  • Routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. 

  • Researching, analyzing and learning about the contacts and their companies before contacting them, in order to ensure a successful contact. 

  • Creation of reports with the results and follow-up of the calls and their performance for further analysis. 

  • Tool usage: Hubspot, SalesForce, LinkedIn and O365
