Global Program Operations – GBI


 

Overview

The Global Program Operations Manager (m/f/d) serves as the operational backbone of the Software Product Development division, bridging product management/innovation process, engineering and operations. This role ensures smooth execution of innovation programs, ideation initiatives, provides transparency and governance as well as leads project management activities that drive new product development and continuous improvement.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Program Operations:
    • Support in coordinating innovation program, including meeting facilitation, and documentation.
    • Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
    • Oversee program timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Support with tracking idea submissions, evaluations, and progress through development pipelines.
  • Project & Financial Management:
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
    • Analyze program KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Provide insights through data-driven reporting and process optimization.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Identify efficiencies and automation opportunities within workflows.
    • Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to streamline operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in program or project management within a technology or software environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial KPIs and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities; proactive mindset.
  • Technologically versed; experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.
