Responsibility
Maximise and ensure long-term contract quality and timeliness
Timely and correct billing of all services rendered
Permanent stabilisation and optimization of the order-to-cash process
Main tasks
- Managing of the contracts in Europe
- Contract creation
- Checking and activation of contracts
- Contract maintenance (e.g. adjusting PO‘s, Responsible Employee, partnerroles, price increases,…)
- Termination of contracts (Terminations, Renewal of existing contract)
- Regional master data maintenance of debtors according to process specifications and input in the commercial system.
- Creation of invoices according to customer agreements.
- Carrying out analyses and evaluations to ensure that invoices are prepared in full.
- Processing of all commercial complaints and creation of credit notes.
- Central contact person as interface function to all input-providing / consuming business processes.
- Support for internal and external audits.
- Problem analysis (ServiceNow and SAP).
- ServiceNow and SAP- Integration tests for the area of Invoicing and Contract Management.
Qualification requirements
- Completed commercial training or proof of comparable qualification
- Communication, teamwork and documentation skills
- Accuracy and independent working style
- Understanding of process-related interrelationships and interfaces
- Knowledge and understanding of the Syntax portfolio
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of SAP ERP – primarily in the modules SD/MM/CS
- Experience in an international IT/telecommunications company is an advantage
Mandatory Requirements:
- Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Good German skills.
