Key Responsibilities:

 

Module Implementation & Configuration:

 

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Customize functionalities such as recruitment workflows, candidate management, onboarding tasks, and electronic document management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Recruitment and Onboarding modules with other SuccessFactors solutions (e.g., Employee Central).

 

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design:

  • Analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement within recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Develop solutions that align with business requirements and SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design dynamic processes for candidate experience and new hire engagement.

 

System Testing & Validation:

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during testing and post-go-live phases.

 

User Training & Documentation:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for HR teams and end-users.
  • Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials for future reference.

 

Post-Implementation Support & Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support for Recruitment and Onboarding modules, ensuring system reliability.
  • Identify and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs.

 

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with global and local HR regulations within recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics and onboarding progress.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a big advantage.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment and/or Onboarding modules is highly desirable.

 

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Proven track record of implementing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding solutions.
  • Experience with:
    • Recruitment requisition and candidate lifecycle management.
    • Job posting integration with external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
    • Onboarding process automation, including electronic forms and workflows.
    • Document management and digital signatures integration.
  • Familiarity with Employee Central integration is preferred.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module configurations.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integration tools, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors mobile applications for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Workflow Management for automating HR processes.

 

Soft & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR process challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with global SuccessFactors implementations and localization requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology or SAP Activate framework for project delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools and predictive analytics in recruitment.

 

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) are a plus for multinational implementations.
