We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a specialization in the Employee Central (EC) module to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions to meet our clients' HR and business objectives. This position requires expertise in Employee Central and a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors Implementation & Configuration

• Lead implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central and other related modules as needed.
• Configure and customize the Employee Central module to align with business requirements, including workflows, rules, and permissions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and map them to SuccessFactors functionality.
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration with other systems such as payroll, time management, and other third-party tools.

Client Engagement & Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors best practices and optimization strategies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation to support system adoption.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals).

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on new features, releases, and enhancements in the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and their alignment with SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
• Proficiency in system configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models within Employee Central.
• Familiarity with system integration tools such as SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and document solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of other modules such as Recruitment, Compensation, or Performance Management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in diverse industries or with global implementations.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HR data compliance regulations.
• Project management knowledge and potential certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
